MD School list help please: CA Resident, MCAT 518, cGPA 3.76, sGPA 3.73

Hey everyone, I'm looking for advice on my modifying my current school list (what to add, remove, etc.). My goal is to apply to 25-30 schools and have a good enough spread between reach and target schools.

CA resident, Non-URM
MCAT: 518 (130,130,127,131)
cGPA: 3.76 (Fr: 3.56 --> Sr: 3.9)
sGPA: 3.73
Paid Clinical
- Scribe (3,000 hours over 3.5 years)

- Global Brigade Program (200 hours over 3 years, had leadership position)
- Volunteer at Hospital (150 hours over 2 years)
Shadowing
- 100 hours (Ortho, Internal Med)
