The Chicagoland area is humid during summers, just a fair warning. I also second dropping OSU, but I'd also double-check with Rowan's OOS matriculant rates since I know they have an in-state bias as well.-Would also prefer a place that's not too humid if possible.

Edit: Found the stats. Rowan is public and 88% in-state (~19/162 OOS in their class). Source: http://www.rowan.edu/som/about/index.html
That list looks good to me. CCOM and AZCOM have high tuition/cost of attendance, so if you're okay with that you should keep them. Otherwise, you can scrap them. Thanks for that info. The humidity thing isn't make or break, just a minor preference.
If I were to take out IS-biased schools, my list would be:
DMU
KCUMB
PCOM-PA
Touro CA
Western CA
RVUCOM
NSUCOM
ATSU-KCOM
Touro NV
LECOM-E
LECOM-B
PCOM-GA
MUCOM
AZCOM
CCOM
COMP-NW
Should I be adding any more schools to make up for the ones taken out?
Just based on gpa, I wouldn't think it's too promising. However, you have a very strong upward trend in GPA and your MCAT is well above average for any DO school. I would call TCOM's admissions department, tell them your story, and ask how much they look at upward trends and/or if your MCAT would cancel out the gpa to an extent. Then directly ask them if you'd have a reasonable shot at their school. My TMDSAS GPAs are 3.21c and 3.01s. Do you think I have a shot?
The only school that you might have trouble with is CCOM. OSUCOM has a "stay in OH for 5 years after graduation rule. You're good to go!
Note to asdf: OP's GPAs are lethal for MD schools.
Thanks for the reply Goro! Do you think I have a shot at Oklahoma, Rowan or Ohio?
