Do you have any in person physician shadowing hours ? What is the nature of your 150 hours of non clinical volunteering ?

Your clinical and shadowing hours are adequate but your complete lack of non clinical volunteering (tutoring is teaching) will limit your chances for interviews. At top tier schools you will be competing with applicants who have 520+ MCAT scores AND many hundreds or thousands of hours of clinical exposure and hundreds of hours of non clinical volunteering (homeless shelter, food bank, etc.).
I suggest these schools with your stats:
U Illinois (your best chance)
Southern Illinois
Northwestern
Rosalind Franklin
Iowa
Indiana
U Michigan
Western Michigan
Washington University (in St. Louis-they like high MCAT applicants)
Vanderbilt
Colorado
Arizona-Phoenix
Kaiser
USF Morsani
Miami
Duke
U Virginia
Cincinnati
Ohio State
George Washington
Jefferson
Pittsburgh
Temple
Hofstra
Mount Sinai
New York Medical College
Rochester
Tufts
UMass
Vermont

As mentioned earlier, your lack of service orientation activities will make your application vulnerable to getting screened out at most schools. Only the hours accumulated when you submitted count, so if you wind up applying next year, you must address this deficiency now to get enough hours by the time you may have to reapply.
