Your lack of non clinical volunteering (outside of teaching) is a major weakness as some schools screen at 150 hours. Schools such as Rush and Loyola expect many hundreds of hours. You should accumulate 150+ hours of non clinical volunteering such as food bank, homeless shelter before you submit your application. Some of the schools on your list are unrealistic. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Howard
Meharry
Morehouse
Charles Drew
Xavier (Louisiana-when it opens)
All 4 SUNYs
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
George Washington
Eastern Virginia
Methodist
NOVA MD
Miami
Emory
Belmont
Alice Walton
TCU
Roseman
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Indiana
For DO schools I suggest these:
Touro-NY
NYITCOM
PCOM (all schools)
KCU-COM
DMU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
CUSOM

Not to be confused with, though I would have you consider, XUCOM (DO) in Ohio when it opens. Caveat emptor for new schools.

Did you attend any recruitment fairs, such as the CUNY fair? Are you attending recruitment events (in-person or virtual)? Have you connected with SNMA chapter officers at all the schools on your list?

Watch our Underrepresented Communities forum. Or reach out to those organizations.

Why would my volunteering as a teacher not count for volunteering?

It is non clinical volunteering but schools are looking for other activities besides teaching.
Adding, practically every premed teaches, tutors, or mentors. It won't help you stand out.

If you were employed as a teacher, you might get a little more slack. But a 40-hour teach-in is very common among applicants. It's also similar to being director of a STEM camp.
