I just put together a very rough list of schools. Please let me know if I should add/take anything out! Thanks for the help

Undergrad oGPA: 3.2
Undergrad sGPA: 3.0
Masters GPA: 4.0 (so far)
DAT: 23 AA, 24 TS (25 Bio, 26 GC, 22 OC), 23 PAT, 23 RC, 20 QR
Shadowing: ~70 (but will continue shadowing throughout the summer and hopefully I'll get it to 150+)
Volunteering: 200 (old hours from undergrad ~5 years ago... will this be an issue)
Research: Plenty (probably 500-1000+ hours)

Rutgers doesn't care if you're in-state. They won't care about your high Masters GPA either. Even if your Masters is in their MBS program, they rarely ever take their own. I would personally remove it and add another School unless money is no issue then apply to them all. Just don't have high expectations. Your low undergrad GPA will be held against you.
