Your GPAs are not competitive for most MD schools since Canadian and other international applicants need much higher stats for US MD schools. You could try Wayne State, Michigan State and Central Michigan.
For DO schools you could add NSU-KPCOM, Touro-NY and WCU-COM. Also contact the newer DO schools (Noorda, KHSC-COM, ICOM, RVU-Montana and Touro-Montana) to see if they accept applications from Canadians

I'll add in here:
Keep TCU on your list if you like their mission "Empathetic Scholars"
Their median GPA is 3.73 and MCAT 510
Unlike a lot of schools which say they take applications from international applicants but seldom accept any, TCU matriculated 6 International students out of their class of 60 last year.

Thank you for your input! Does that mean I should remove most of the MD schools from my list ? I was hoping to apply to at least 10 MD schools where I have at least a chance of getting an interview.

Do you have any community service?

From what I can see, your low shadowing experience and lack of in-person shadowing, alongside low non-clinical hours and experiences will screen you out at many places, including DO schools that are more competitive to get into.

Noorda doesn’t take international students at this time, fyi OP

These DO schools may also take Canadian applicants and would be worth looking into:

Michigan State's DO school
Western Pomona
Marian
CCOM
KCU

Apologies for the abbreviations in my DO school list! I'm applying to all those schools 🙂

I didn't realize that I have such low non-clinical volunteer hours until I was actually writing my application... It's probably because I've had a lot paid positions that I didn't feel the need to get myself involved with the community through volunteer positions.

Those abbreviations are widely known. I had just missed that you already included them at the end of your first post.

You could ask LECOM since their website didn't seem to immediately preclude international applicants.

I don't blame anyone who would like to get paid for what they do, even in service roles. But you do want to show service orientation outside of a clinical motivation. And healthcare providers do a lot of pro bono work.

Minimum tolerance for most schools is 150 total hours before applying, so you aren't that far away. First shadowing, you should get to 50 total in-person hours.
