My sGPA is only a 3.1 and cGPA is 3.3 are there low tier schools in the U.S. that would actually consider these stats?/which ones?

What is your mcat? What is the situation. 3.1 and 3.3 for all of college or bad freshman year and good junior year? What is your state of residence? In wouldn't completely count you out, but i would tell you to plan on focusing on DO schools.

. . . . unless you already have a steep upward grade trend and get an amazing MCAT, or do an SMP, or get in some solid A-level postbac work. Amazing ECs would help a lot too.
