Hi All,

I need some help with my school research.

I'll be applying next summer, and am interested mainly in primary care and PMnR at the moment, but who knows where that will go.

Anyway, I'm looking for a way to research schools that will let me easily see the structure of their curriculum, which schools have progressive, non-traditional approaches, which schools might have opportunities for students interested in CAM, etc.

Can folks share their school-researching tips with me?

Thanks

From what I'm reading on Amazon, the MSAR is pretty useless. Seems like their online section is where all the info is - but that its horrible to use? Any thoughts here about that? Is there a way to get just an access code and not get the book?

Thanks

also - if anyone has recommendations about schools with unique curriculums, like Brown's independent study concentration, or Columbia's new 3-part curriculum instead of MS1/2/3/4, etc.

Thanks

MSAR is definitely not useless. Gives you pretty much all the info you need for acceptances. It's not horrible to use also imo. You can see what it's like in general here: https://services.aamc.org/30/msar/home . You won't get to view any of the actual info, but that will give you an idea of the online layout.
