School Start Dates and Vacations

Maybe this is too early, but I've noticed that people have started accepting spots at various schools. I am sending in my acceptance confirmation to NYCOM this week and want to know when school starts so I can plan a pre-"my life just ended because med school started" vacation. If anyone know when NYCOM or any of the other schools are starting, feel free to post. Also, while we're at it, share some vacation ideas.

Go to Thailand and teach english. No real preplanning required, just bring dress clothes, your resume on disks, copies of your degree and a small amount of spending money. It is actually as easy as the article says, my friend has gone there twice. You get more pay if you can work weekends (almost double). Congrats about NYCOM

Hmmm....that sounds a little sketchy. I clicked the link and I think that is a little scary...more like: "How to get robbed clean in 10 days."

Someone started a thread a while back & everyone listed their school's start dates. Take a look around for it.... mostly it seems like the last week of July/first week of August.....also check the school's website - it should be there.
