Schools accept Russian transcripts?

Hi everybody, I got BS and MS in Russia and PhD at University of Florida. Unfortunately Dental school at UF doesn't consider any of my pre-requisite courses that were taken in Russia. I was wondering if there are any Dental schools would accept my russian transcripts. Thanks!

I think it has to be from an accredited college or university in the USA or Canada.
