Schools like HES that accept students that have done most pre-reqs?

Are there any programs such as HES that allow you to finish/repeat your pre-reqs and maybe take some upper level bio classes? Most formal post-bac programs require that you still have a good portion of the pre reqs left.

Look into the U Penn special sciences program, it is very similar in that it is meant to bolster your undergrad GPA.
