Schools offering interview on portal instead of email?

Recently experienced this with UMiami; was wondering if anyone else has gotten an interview confirmation by checking the portal but not being sent an email.

Never caught one by portal. But I did find an II in my spam folder (even after setting a thousand filters and adding every school email to a trusted email list)

Found my stony brook interview from the spam. My portal is not updated with Interview invite.

I think those are the only 2 schools.

I got 2 II last cycle from portals (no emails), I'm assuming they send out emails eventually. Just that the portal updates first.
