Schools that dislike/invalid prereq courses that have been taking a while back

I just talked to NYU, and they told me that any prereqs that have been taken over 5 years ago, are basically null, and that I'd have to retake them. I've taken Bio1 and Chem 1 and 2 about 10 years ago, and I really don't have the time nor the patience to take them again. I honestly think I'd be a waste of time, and I'd more or less ace them with little or no effort (a mindset that can be a trap I know). I took Bio2, Orgo 1 and 2, and Microbio recently though.

IMO, that is wrong to require that considering that there is the DAT which has to be taken recently.

Anyways, this is my question.

Is there a list out there or does anyone know which schools don't like "old" prereq credits?

Apply to other schools, but apply there too. It may not matter when they look at the whole package.
