schools that dont notify rejections

So I have yet to hear back from 9 of the 12 schools I've applied to. Its mid-october and I think its safe to say that it is no longer early in the cycle. I've heard ppl say that some schools never even bother to tell you that your rejected. Instead, they leave us with false hope forever wondering.

I'd like to know if any of the following schools are known for this:
Asdoh
Uf
Maryland
Nyu
Columbia
Temple
Pittsburgh
Michigan
Tufts

NYU - yes (technically no, but they notify you in like June)

Yeah, I meant no as in no, they are the kind of school that notifies rejections. As opposed to NYU - yes, they don't notify rejections.

western -> Dec or after that sometimes never
