Hello SDN,

A few of my issues with applying this cycle is that 1) I'll be applying late-August and 2) By application time, I'd only have gen. chem, orgo, math, English, and bio completed. (Physics would be the following year, before matriculation)

So my question is: which schools around the Northeast region do not require biochemistry and/or any upper-level sciences? If it helps, I'm a NYC student.

You can still apply to schools with that class pending. If you get accepted, you can take the class in the spring. ADEA is a great guide, shows the requirements for each school and the digital boo is only $10.

Please check the AADSAS FAQs link in my question--since you're just getting started learning about the application process, it is a really good place to begin! 🙂

Like Faux said, you do NOT have to complete all of your pre-reqs before applying. You just have to complete them before matriculating. (This question, and many more, are answered in the FAQs thread.)

Look up each school. You could have done that in the time it takes to post and read these replies.
