Schools that have designated time to talk to applicants

I was talking to someone in the admissions office at Creighton School of Med. today and they told me that they had a designated time where applicants could call and actually speak to someone on the adcom, or close to it about their chances of actually receiving an interview. Does anyone know of any similar setups in other admissions officies?
