Schools that hold/assign predetermined seats

What schools have deals, contracts, predetermined number of seats already accounted for neighboring states or certain schools? I keep hearing some names here and there but does anyone know of a thread that combined all this info?

I just thought it would be helpful because w/o this info you might think you're applying for one of the 30 out of state res seats when infact its really 15 or 10 cuz some are predetermined.

all this info is on pre-dents.

some state schools off the top of my head that accept a lot of out-of-staters... Maryland, Michigan, Indiana, and VCU (i'm sure there are others).

most other state schools accept very few out-of-staters (no big suprise here)
