Schools that look at last 60 sem. GPA?

Anyone know of schools that look at the last 60 semester hours?

I know of a few but would like to make sure I am not missing any by not ask you guys.
Off the top of my head I have:
Grand Valley
Virginia Commonwealth
U of Ill. - Chicago
SJSU (requires 1000 min for GRE)
Western Michigan (I think)

Pacific University looks at the last 45 credits and then your cumulative GPA.

Eastern Washington University, I am currently in their program and they take last 60 semester or last 90 quarter gpa.
