Schools That You Still Haven't Heard From!

Anybody else still have schools that they haven't heard a SINGLE word from that you applied to last cycle? LECOM, BU, and Tufts still say application received as of 6/29/15 😛 It's quite comical.

Tufts are done with interviews. The last interviews was back in March and I did mine in February at Tufts. Most of the people are accepted or waitlisted for Tufts. If you haven't heard from Tufts then I'm sorry.

Haha my point is that they either lost my app or forgot about it. I'll probably never even receive a rejection 😵

Are you a muggle or mudblood? If so, don't bother contacting them again; they wont even bother to pick up. If pureblood, disregard previous comment and give them a call.
 
if you are re-applicant for same school over several years and did not get an interview is that mean you shouldn't apply? Im asking because I have applied to NYU and TUFTS and never got interview and ppl with stat below mine are getting interviews (no offense to them). I probably will reapply but don't really want to waste money. I have had interviews with smaller school but all I'm getting is waitlist. I don't think i can bring up my GPA anymore, done masters, can't shadow/volunteer anymore because i have to work and pay my bills. anyone with experiences?

If you check the NYU thread, there are instances where people sent emails of interest post-dec and were promptly sent an interview invite. Admittedly, I was one of these cases. I've also had friends do the same thing with success for Tufts.

I always get reject on dec 1st for NYU. Tufts is just silent (this year they changed to under review but nothing happened). Do they have counselor where I can get advice? People who take phone call after multiple try they give me short generic answers.
 
No word from BU either. They're the only only one. If they havent contacted me in the 10 months since I've applied, I think its a safe bet that I won't be invited for an interview at this point lol.
Got a rejection from UMB via snail mail a while back, but they never updated the status on AADSAS. Nice expensive paper too. I used it to get my coals started on the grill that evening. We had BBQ chicken.

Haven't heard from UCLA at all. Submitted my secondary in July.

It's all about status there. You have to put on your Sorting Scrubs and it decides whether you go to:
  • Dentaldor
  • Gunneryn
  • Specializeclaw
  • Underperformerpuff
Studying for boards are rough too. I hear lots of people have trouble with Implantium Drilliosa.

It's a really sticky situation. You want to apply and tell them "hey give me a chance this time" but you run the risk of getting rejected again.
This is my second cycle and 4 schools I got invites from last year, I did get them again this year. I did not get any new interviews from schools I didn't get invites last year. (Only new interviews were from new schools I added this year). So I am thinking that they must really be following some kind of guideline to be that consistent about giving or not giving interviews in multiples times in a row.

Michigan and case western, I was rejected without interviews last cycle and this cycle. I thought to myself "What did I do to you guys?"
 
I haven't heard from BU since the supp either.
 
I have not heard back from BU. I actually forgot that I applied. I mean they had no problem cashing that supplemental fee check, I wonder what happened :whistle:

Seriously. It's actually pretty rude on their part. If someone applies there, I believe they are responsible to provide SOME sort of response.

about 10 schools were pure silence. Only about 4~5 of them got back to me later in the cycle to tell me that the class was filled.
It's their loss. I could have been their greatest student there 😛
 
Nada from Creighton except for a completion email back in July.
Surprisingly heard back from every other school (except some schools post-interview), and I applied to a lot.
