Scope of Primary Sports Medicine Fellow?

Just wondering what the scope of a Sports Med fellow is in Canada.

I'm probably going to do University based FM so I'm thinkingabout a fellowship, but will need to decide if its worth it or not.

Any insight would be helpful.
