Score drop from Step 1 to Step 2

I was wondering if there was anyone who had a decrease from Step 1 to Step 2 scores. I'm weary of how I'm gonna do on CK given my UW scores. What does it say to programs? Anyone take the NBME exams or anyone who has already taken CK find that UW is sometimes ridiculous in the questions? I'm just really frustrated.
