Do I have to release USMLE scores as a DO applicant if I passed but didn't do too well? Or is it mandated to release if you've taken the test regardless of whether your applying to ACGME or AOA?

As far as I know, you do not have to report your USMLE Score as a DO student.

We’ve had faculty in the past say that if you don’t report that you took the test, the AOA residencies wouldn’t know because they weren’t associated with the NBME. I’m not so sure now with the merger and the fact that the majority of AOA residencies are now ACGME accredited. I would check with your school or if they have an associated residency program ask the director.
