Score Too Low??

I recently took the DAT and scored lower than what I had on previous practice tests. I am a little worried that I won't get into a school with these scores even with a 3.7 gpa 🙁. I am an athlete and pretty involved on campus, fraternity, student senate, FCA and such. I shadowed my personal dentist all last summer, approx. 30 hours a week for almost two months.

wait...what are you worried about? All your scores are above an 18 except RC.....?? You're got so many activities, and all that shadowing (my GOD!), and what a nice GPA! i don't think you should worry too much! honestly.

i don't know about that 16 there...depends on where you are applying...maybe someone else knows better...??? but personally, i don't think it should be a big problem...

I'm on the same boat!!
At least your gpa is better than mine (mine came out to be 3.56)
I have RC of 16 as well...
The rest is 19/19/18. It seems like schools are not really liking my scores.
No interviews yet (submitted 5/29, took dat 7/27).
I'll be retaking mine on end of October. Hey let me know why your application goes. I've been getting stressed out when everybody is getting interview invites. Good LUCK!!!!!

i just took mine today too, and it's very similar to urs

bio: 17
gc: 19
oc: 21

but my TS and AA is the same...Im stuck too. I don't know if i should retake it..are u going too? i'm thinking it would be too late cuz it will be late Nov. ..let me know =)

you should be pretty good as long as the rest of your application is in. Just dont apply to UNLV because their most important score is RC. I know there are other schools out there that weigh RC very heavily aswell.
