USMLE scoring poorly on MSK, good resource?

My diagnostic information said that I need the most help with musculoskeltal/skin and subq. Is there a good resource for this subject? MTB has a derm and rheum section but not much in the realm of common place musculature diseases.

I would also appreciate someone's input o this. I find a lot f the msk questions fairly difficult.
