As I was looking through the post for August scores, I come to realize that the composite score is not simply just the average of all five areas. Can someone explain to me if there is a way to figure out how they weigh each of the five sections? Thank you so much.

Basically each section is scored against each other and forming a bell curve shape.

in the middle of the curve should be about 400 raw score, which equals 50% tile

However as your raw score gets close to the tail of the curve, your raw score increaes a lot

Remeber, your composite score is affected by raw score and then translated into percentile
therefore..so one higher section ( > 95%) can save your composite score!

Here is an example)
400-> 410 may be tranlated into 50-> 60 percentile
440 -> 460 may be translated into 94 -> 98 percentile
