Everyone else in the prometric center where I took it got opaque pink paper and pencils. I GOT PINK ERASABLE BOARDS AND BLACK MARKERS.shmucks.

you'll get more than enough scrap paper. you get 4 sheets...thats 8 front and back. i used 1 per section. also at halftime you can ask for more. Kaplan tells u to make the grid thing...it really does work!

i got a booklet - 4 light blue bound standard letter size sheets of paper. it had some words on the front so it took up about 1/4 of the page (if that much) so that left about 7 and 3/4 pages to write on. that was plenty for me. i had a whole page devoted to PAT.

same. call the center before hand to see what they'll give u.

Definitely call the test centers; it varies for each. It might also be a good idea to ask them about their computer screens. If they're using the old monitors that curve at the sides, it can make the PAT more difficult, particularly the angle ranking portion.
