I'm looking for some opinions on the ScriptPro 100/200 systems. Specifically, do you like and do you believe it saves you much time. Also, any specific advantages or disadvantages compared to other systems you have used. Ultimately is it worth the cost.

Depends on your volume. We do ~1000-1500 scripts daily and the robots do pretty well. The workstations on the other hand - always broken. Either way, your staff will have to become experts on these machines or you're going to be sitting around waiting on tech support a lot.

I've only worked with a KL60 but I agree with the comment regarding constant tech support. When the machine is working then it is your best friend but when it is broken, which is quite often, you want to shove it off a cliff. I don't know how cell size compares between the Kirby and the script pro but with the Kirby it constantly needed to be fed. Especially the cells that contained large pills like metformin. One 90 day supply and the cell is about empty so you have to refill it A LOT.

We do 17oo/week and have a script pro. Despite All my cursing at it it's a big time saver. It does need to be fed a lot but the cells are big and the double cells are even bigger and you can cram easily a 4+ day supply of most meds into a cell. I've also gotten ok at fixing most of its problems and if I can't get it going (or fixed with tech on the phone) it's usually fubar and needs a tech.

It can behave quite finicky sometimes like it will just dump certain cells all over the cabinet for no real reason but overall it's a plus
