I noticed those little ribbons included with the ACEP package, like "first time member" and "EMRA member" etc.

What would it take to get ACEP to recognize an SDN ribbon for the meeting next year? I think it would be kind of cool, and would help the SDN members connect at the meeting.

hey I like this idea. Maybe it's something that could be mentioned to EMRA. Or maybe we could just print out our avatars and stick them to our IDs.

I'm sort of ribbon-agnostic. I got 5 or so of them this past conference and didn't wear any of them. It sort of felt like a contest to me.

It would be a cool idea to pre-arrange a bar night, though. I'd like to meet y'all (KungFu and I ended up sitting next to each other last year...what were the odds?).

Take care,
Jeff

So...anyone going to the NAEMSP meeting in Phoenix in January? It looks like I'll be there.

If we make lapel sized pins, we could sell them at-cost. Probably around $4-5 (which includes shipping).

Would anyone be interested in that?

We need a design before we can price. Any suggestions? Please remember that we need to be able to wear them with professional-ish attire!!

Here's something I threw together:

Not sure if you are being sarcastic or not, but I would think that we would need permission to use that.

I'm not being sarcastic. Obviously we'd need permission.

SDN is now trademarked, but I gather Lee was implying that SDN could make them and sell them to members at cost plus shipping. So you certainly have permission to use SDN in design ideas.

Submit ideas to Lee or other Admin and we can get quotes and put them in the store for sale once we have a winning design (after voting of course).
