why would they bother deleting your comments? permanent ban is quick and easy.

60% of my activity has been deleted.

True it would be easier to erase an account, but probably for legal purposes for online sites like SDN that option is unethical.

I think SDN has political views and members, who want a certain type of language and ideas expressed in a certain way.
