The kids are all tucked into bed, I have a glass of wine in my hand, and now I have a little under 4 hours to score a bunch of grants on fields I am tangentially familiar with! But first I'll give a few notes.

I've been following along, and while I can detect various levels of sus among the three contenders, I didn't see anything that compelled me to switch my vote. CeeGee sort of tripped over herself early in the day and then had time to recover, as did T4C. sksisk made an awkward comment later in the day, which just struck me as a joke that fell flat, but certainly didn't help. I think all 3 are pretty equal in my eyes, and sksisk just hasn't had time to recover. If the day lasted another few hours maybe he would have time to come back and help himself.

I will be honest about one other person who hasn't gotten votes, and this could just be a me thing because she's thrown my name out a few times, but PBC is rubbing me the wrong way. She said that not wanting to throw out names is not "totally village"... but then seemed to pick apart the reasoning for everyone throwing out a name. I thought her reasoning for seeing minor inconsistencies in others' posts were generally pretty big stretches. I could see her as playing defense by trying to playing a good offense. maybe she is just trying to really tease out details for the village, but I'll be keeping an eye on her

apop said, perhaps humorously, that my switching away from sksisk to T4C is the opposite of tiebreaking, and I responded by saying I ended up breaking a tie between T4C and CG in the process, so if anything, I'm still breaking ties! and I didn't create a tie by moving away from sksisk, so not the opposite!

@apoptosis09, do you have reason to believe you were targeted, or is this speculation? Overall I dislike "I could have been killed!" as a village defense because it's really easy to claim and hard to support (can't copy mod pms, etc).

Ok here goes...

I think beans is wolf of wolf affiliated. Ik we've been over the mayoral stuff, but
1) held a lead and kept it, basically no one had a chance to beat them
2) is the only one who put me as sus with no real justification after I mentioned the mayor stuff
3) I also didn't vote for them and campaigned for rae
4) after all that, I think...

I don't necessarily see this as a red flag because I do think that the whole "I almost died!" was a bit odd from Apoptosis, so I simply think PBC was drawing attention to it and bringing it up for conversation, considering we have little to work with, we're all doing our best....

NGL one of my favorite moments of life was when one of my recommenders, celebrating my school decision, sent me my recommendation letter he'd written with a heartfelt email.

It was a beautiful letter, and made me cry. But most, I learned he thought I was "very, very funny."

And now I will never let it go. I will commit to the bit for eternity.
