I can guarantee you that is not happening here. We are very good sports about these kind of things.
There will be some playful ribbing, but no one will be butt-hurt, cause that's the kind of relationship we have… admittedly not everyone would be so forgiving…
 
ATTENTION EVERYONE:

This new conversation system is somewhat difficult to keep track of who is in your conversation still, etc. etc.

When you get moved, you are suppose to leave a conversation yourself (the only way I know to remove someone from a conversation). However, it may be wiser to start a new conversation either every day, or at least every time the group of the conversation has changed. Conversations that the mods are suppose to be privy to, make us privy to them, otherwise, you are on your honor.

lol this. And also, why would a wolf risk outting herself this far before endgame. This is like, a last ditch effort. Because if we do lynch SOV and he is NOT a wolf, she knows she's next. Yeah?

She was going down anyway. What does she have to lose?

Maybe the wolves tracked me to see exactly who I investigated, and whomever it was would accuse me first.

Yes. I have that track record as a villager and a neutral and as a wolf. It doesn't make me a wolf here. MrsSOV also has a track record of killing her husband in these games:bang:.

Wow I'm late to the SOV family dysfunction party.

Since he wanted me dead, I have to defend the lady. Though I almost hope Mrs SOV is the a wolf just be cause everyone is so nice to her and she does wolf it up often enough.

Not really. I told her I had the wood, which in hindsight was perhaps an error. But we were sharing EVERYTHING this game (or so I thought), so I figured better to let her know a half truth than to lie about what I was doing.

Once she had that info, there was no coincidence.
If she wasn't a wolf, nothing would have happened.
The fact that she was led to this inevitable outcome.

I mean, if Jojo had posted results earlier when I checked, and a certain Mrs was still in bed…….this whole conversation wouldn't need to occur. I would have outed her first.

MrsSOV is a lurker and a wolf.

As I type this, I am now wondering whether MrsSOV was not really converted at all, but a wolf the whole game.
We role revealed right at the beginning of the game, and I thought she pretty much read her role off her computer… but I don't even know who that message was from. JDH told me DocE was a lurker as well… so maybe they were both wolves from the start?

I guess what I am confused by is LIS actually having a role name rather than just "lurker". Did she tell you she was a lurker in the beginning or a role? And if it was lurker, that didn't set off warning bells to you?

She told me she was a lurker from the start (if you recall my arguments with Doc implied that his role name sounded wolfy).

Yes, that sounded off to me, but then it seemed to me that she was "reading" her role off so it seemed legit.. Plus I figured wolves wouldn't let her tell me something so wolfy.

I don't know what to think, because I did think her behavior "changed", but I am starting to question that now.

Yes, I am a lurker/villager without any special power. Last night, I got an item for the first time and I am happy my investigation was productive 🙂 We got ourselves a wolf!😀
 
Yea. Time out. I'm the lurker. How many of us are there?

I'm not exactly comfortable with multiple lurker roles. Makes me feel less unique.

Also, there's a lurker in our group. I was suspicious at first but with the jdh role being a wolf, I figured it was unlikely that all lurkers were wolves necessarily.
 
OK...my thoughts....

Obviously this is a he said/she said situation so I'm going to break it down as I see it as a group mate.

Let me first say that SOV has not given me any reason to believe that he is a wolf in this game (yes...it's SOV but still). He has been upfront from the start and very open about all his information and results. We have exchanged roles, and his is very believable for the character and the game. I really don't think the jojo role would be a wolf, because of its role description. Not to disclose anything about it, because it's not my place at this point. But it seems like it would be a big advantage for the wolves to have that role, and let's be honest...they haven't done well so far. The kind of information he has shared with me is also not something I would expect from a wolf.

MrsSOV has not made any attempt to converse in group though I'm sure this has to do with SOV being in the group. (As in...I would be conversing at dinner too if Mr. Philliab was playing.) Also, we have yet to lynch someone without an actual player role, but I could see this game having a lurker role since it is SDN. And it would be really bold for MrsSOV to come out with that information this morning if she was a wolf. And we all know if SOV is lynched and is a villager than MrsSOV is next. Then again...she is the perfect type of wolf, because she's so quiet that everyone forgets she's playing. And hasn't she been a wolf in most of the SDN games she played? (serious question because I only remember a couple)

As to the High Wood, I was not aware either had it, but then again, I have never shared when I had the High Wood until the day after when I had results. This is WW after all....so my trust only goes so far.

So...with that said...I have no clue what to make of it this point. It does seem out of character for MrsSOV to be on the thread so much today, but I have no clue what that means. SOV can be slipperier than slug slime, but if he's a wolf this game, then he has fully bamboozled me. (And I will be next in line behind SnS to kick your butt, SOV.)

Now that I have make that totally clear.... :uhno: At this point, I trust SOV more than MrsSOV, but I'm going to hold off for a bit before voting.

This is a good point.
MrsSOV's classes start on Monday, and she has 3 books she is supposed to be reading for the first 2 classes. Unlike me, she is a good student and actually does all her work… so how does she suddenly have time to be spending arguing on the thread. Only wolves are that desperate.

I, on the other hand… have nothing better to do. (unless you count revising my recently submitted, and ripped apart, paper.. but I don't count that).
 
A SIDE BAR TO CONSIDER:

I am entirely free this weekend, pending a transplant (now that i have said this, there will be 3 transplants)...

I would like to accelerate the pace of this game over the weekend.

We could do the traditional very quick rounds /deadlines, but i feel those lack character. I have devised a new system that I want everyone's opinion on.
We could do double night/double day rounds. For the night, each person with an action will pick someone to do the action on round 1 and round 2. If applicable, it can be the same person, or different people. Items will be distributed for round 1 (already have been) and separately for round 2. The wolves would get 2 kills during this time, one in each round. I then will distribute the results for both rounds to people and do a nice long writeup for both (attempted) deaths. We will then have 2 day rounds, either with everyone voting for two people, and top 2 vote getters being lynched, OR, having it 2 half day rounds (so deadline 1 at say 1pm, then immediately afterwards another lynch with deadline at 7pm). This system would give advantages to both the wolves (more people to choose to kill from, back to back kills) and villagers (less people to choose to lynch from, 2 days worth of information in order to lynch).

I know it is a little complex and might seem confusing, but it might be a way to get this game progressing faster over the weekend, cause if it worked tonight-tomorrow, we could do it again saturday-sunday, and get 4 full days done over the weekend instead of just 2.

Please PM me your opinion on this proposal. I am willing to scrap the idea if most people don't agree to it, but it might be very interesting to see.

I believe SOV, not MrsSOV and here's why.
On D3 I conversed with SOV via the group role. He told me he had cleared MrsSOV, she was villager. I then had SOV checked N4 so that we could know if we could trust his intel or not. SOV was a villager on N4.

SOV is saying MrsSOV's demeaner changed and he thinks MrsSOV was converted N3 and it makes more sense to me, than SOV.
