Yah, I think it is the getting ready for med school weaning off SDN thing starting to phase in. 🙂 My former MCAT teacher used to post here a lot when he was applying as so did some of his classmates, from what he's told me. But when med school started, there was obviously a lack of time or need for SDN, so he's stopped posting. I think that's what the deal is with you. Like the rest of us, I think you needed somewhere to go when you were frustrated with the MCAT and application process, where there were a lot of others that understood where you were coming from. At least that's what I've observed to be the case for most of us on here. Good luck next year in med school. Enjoy the remainder of your last truly free summer too.

I agree with this. Maybe a little dramatic sometimes, but definitely not the most nosiest. But then again, as I said in the post above this one.......

I think we all have a neurotic side to us with this process. Its just so damn frustrating. Life in general, seems to be soooo frustrating sometimes though.

I noticed that too. I just didn't say anything. I always wonder if that has to do with being a mod or something. I never understood what different levels of color in the screenname meant but always wondered about it.

I think it had something to do with somebody turning down an acceptance at some school to reapply. And they posted their situation to like every subforum on SDN.

You know I think that had to do with Synapse, the person that was going to reapply if they didn't get in a UC, but eventually got into UCI so chose not to. I actually think I've seen the post you are talking about.

i realized afterwards it was your signature (I originally thought it was in reference to something in that thread) but after realizing it I was too lazy to change my post.
ugh, but people have told me I was right or gave good advice before, i wouldn't think to include it in my signature, but whatever does it for you 😛

I do get the feeling you attack me out of the blue for no reason; I don't see why you're harping on the GPA thing. I still don't know why aperson would give up when they've just about reached the finish line; doesn't make sense to me, but to each their own.
