In all seriousness, while desis are considered a minority, there is a reason they are not considered a minority in medicine. Most desis you ever meet, you will quickly find are one of the following:

Physicians/Pharmacy and other health professions(Physicians being the majority followed by pharmacy, and then everything else.)
Hotel owners/store owners/ or some other business owner
Engineers

Or also computer programmers

So I guess, one of 4 things. That is the good majority. Then after that, there is a large percentage that are PhDs as well.

The remaining percentage have various other jobs, such as teaching, bank tellers, etc. However, the above stated still describes the majority.
