I've enrolled to get a second bacc, and decided on a Chem major/Math minor, but am really just taking as many BCPM courses as I can find. To not over exert myself and to move my GPA upwards quicker, I'm thinking about taking a few credits of filler courses... like Poli Sci or Geography 100 levels, I can always add PoliSci as a minor or major so it won't look that bad (plus I wouldn't mind actually studying this)... since this is a second bacc program not just a post-bacc do you guys think it won't look that bad ? And it's not like I'm taking all fluff, I'll be taking 12 credits of 300 level Chem and Math besides the 6-9 credits of "fluff" (this is the summer semester also, so I don't have a great deal to choose from)

Many people have done the same thing you have done and successfully raised their gpa enough to be admitted to college.

I'm doing the same thing myself but I don't overload more than 12-15 credits of science a semester. Its really alot and I'm just getting back into the swing of things with full-time undergrad. Now I remember why I didn't enjoy it the first time 🙁 😉

:luck:

I'm in the same boat with ya. Smacking myself everyday for not doing better the first time. I love how you indicated that PoliSci/History were fluff courses to you. Those are the ones that kill me. I would say that those "fluff courses" are harder for me than any math or science. Sad isn't it?

History was God's joke on my life.

I agree..at least our efforts show persistence. I'm on the same boat. Took nursing as an undergrad and my BCPM is pretty low. I can't afford post bacc at private schools so i've decided to take a second bachelor's degree (Bio) at a public university..i figured it's almost the same classes as an MS in Medical Sciences. What's a Medical Degree worth if you just whiz through it without some hardships?

What decent schools offere a post-bac selection so I can boost my GPA?
