Second Interviews to Same School

So, I wanted to hear everyones take one this. When a school interviews someone one cycle and doesnt get in; then the next cycle interviews them again. Do they have a better chance of getting in? Why would they want to see you again? I know that ppl can try and better there app but psychologically its really the same person with the same passion to be a doctor.
 
It's a hard question to answer. I think it generally means that you have a better chance of getting in (because otherwise why interview you again?) but I had one interview this year where I interviewed last year and I was told in indirect ways that I hadn't corrected at least one major flaw in my previous application. I have no idea why they interviewed me if that was the case; perhaps it was just to clarify that part of the app. No other schools brought up that flaw.
