508 MCAT
MSc Degree with 4.0 GPA in the program

1500 hours as a patient care tech working in hospital
200 hours volunteering/fundraising for charity
150 hours shadowing
Medical Mission Trip to Costa Rica--54 hours of patient care
Held leadership position in a college organization

No research, but just got approved for a volunteer research position in a lab at a local medical school for the next year.

UMass accepts very few non residents with your MCAT. Apply more broadly and consider all these schools where you could receive interviews with your stats:
