secondaries and SAT scores

Hi all,
I have a question about SAT scores. Do you guys know any school that requires SAT and/or ACT score when handing in the secondaries?
My situation is a bit unusual.. I didn't take
the SAT or ACT ( I transferred from a foreign university ). Would my chances be hurt if I could not submit it or I have to take the SAT even after graduation?

Jefferson requires your SAT scores. Why, I don't know. You would have to contact the school directly. This is particulary frustrating for me since I took them nine years ago, can't remember exactly what I got, and am going to have contact whatever agency handled the test to get my scores. I really don't see the point. One would think that the MCAT would be enough.
