For those invited to Northwestern's secondary, when were you verified? Northwestern is not a screener school. The URL for northwestern is: https://medicalapp.northwestern.edu but it will not accept your info until you've been invited.

We have, therefore, decided to eliminate our request for a supplemental essay.

While we no longer require an essay, we find that some applicants feel that additional information is necessary in order to provide us with a comprehensive understanding of their strengths as a candidate for a career in medicine. If you wish to use the space below to offer an essay or any other information, up to a total of 500 words, addressing any issue you feel is of importance, feel free to do so. As far as I am aware, BU doesn't screen. In the e-mail they sent us two weeks ago, they said that all applicants receive a link to the secondary. I'm thinking it's an issue of alphabetical order with our last names, and the rest of us will get the link in the next few days.

so i received the loyola secondary. i logged in to the site, did a few things, saved, and exited. i went to log in again tonight, did everything correctly, marked "edit" not "new app." and it wouldnt let me log in. anyone else have this problem???? i am very upset about this. you are only allowed to call the admissions office on thursdays, so i am going to have to wait until then to work it out. but i want to know if this has ever happened to anyone else??? i am going to start panicking soon. thanks guys.

I got the same problem; let me know if you find a solution. You can also mail in a pic with your secondary apparently.

Ummm, Yup. I'm struggling with the LOR page too. I've tried "Save and Continue" and "Save" to no avail. Perhaps in the AM they'll have this bug fixed.

Go to attributes, make the length and width the same, then save and reupload, your problem shoudl be fixed. PM if you need more help.

Does anyone know what the character/word limits are for NYU Secondary? Neither essay lists a limit of any kind, and my concern is if I go over some hypothetical limit, my essay will simply get cut off. Thanks.

2. BU IS NOT A SCREENER! Everyone should get their email in the next day or two (that applied there, anyway)

The snail mail was only to let you know that they have put up their secondary on their website. It also included a brochure/pamphlet.
