DMBAND said:Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm a little confused...I got a few emails from schools for secondaries but for the schools that you are all saying have the secondaries on their site, is that the only way to get them or will they contact us if/when we should fill them out? Is this something they just expect us to do? Thanks 🙂

"Use your AAMC ID number as your Log In ID. For the password, use the first letter of your AMCAS legal first name + the last four digits of your AAMC ID number + the last letter of your AMCAS legal last name + the first two digits of your AAMC ID number."
I should get an acceptance letter soon for getting that password right on the first try!
Jesus, the thinking never ends.

I didn't get an e-mail from them yet either, but my app is not yet verified, so I'm guessing that's why.swim2md said:I didn't get the email from UPenn! 😕

danjo said:Damn! Still waiting to be verified...are the questions the same as previous years?
spospo said:yep exactly the same ( i think at least ) : why do you want to be a doc?(PS can substitutue for this one they say) and why UWSOM? i am thinking about just letting my PS answer the first because that is what i wrote about. any opinions on leaving the first blank?
danjo said:Thanks for the info...yeah, I think I will just refer to my AMCAS PS...for me to write another response to this question would be redundant. Let's hope they appreciate efficiency!
spospo said:excellent, i am not writing another essay if i don't have to 😀 and they better appreciate our efficiency and the fact that we don't fill it w/ ANOTHER essay that they the poor adcomms have to read. best of luck![]()

HemaOncoDoc said:I would caution you about with holding that information, especially if you're a reapplicant to AECOM. If they find out, they have grounds to dismiss you for not telling the whole truth. On the other hand, if they don't find out, so be it. I'm not sure if or to what extent medical schools talk to each other. Just hope they don't.
