Do all dental schools require extensive secondaries similar to med school secondaries?

depends on the school. the schools I applied to only required the additional application fee and at most a very short secondary application. nothing major

It really depends on the school. Penn, Ohio State, UW, UCLA, had some pretty extensive secondaries to fill out. Others like Tufts, Creighton, and Maryland just wanted a short form filled out and some more money. Many schools do not require anything at all except extra money. Most of these schools request that you send this money at the same time you submit AADSAS without hearing from them first.
