Secondary APPS Due

I have received about 9 secondary applications in which I have finished 5. Now, how soon do I need to get the other ones in by? I know the earlier you apply the better, but are you not considered an applicant until ALL of the secondary material is in? Please help me understand this. Thanks

I believe that adcom won't review your file until it is fully complete (and that includes all secondaries). They will see your file as incomplete until everything is in.

secondaries are just a way for schools to make more money

they ask the same flippin questions, then ask for a $50-75 to continue processing the application
