Secondary Apps vs. Interviews

Once the dental schools receive your application from AADSAS with GPA, DAT, letters of recommendation, etc., & they send requests to you for secondary/supplemental applications .... do they wait until they get these secondary apps back before extending interviews -OR- do these secondaries just have to be in by the time your interview takes place??

It seems like they would have basically everything they need from AADSAS - could these secondary apps. actually hold up getting an invitation from the school to interview?

It depends on the school. Some schools want secondaries before interviews are offered, and some will only send out a secondary if they have offered an interview. Which school's secondary were you concerned about?

The main ones I'm concerned about would be UT-Houston, Baylor, Louisville, Case, Kentucky, & Indiana.

I've sent money to both Baylor & Case, Houston doesn't have an additional application fee.

I've thought about sending the app fees to the other schools before I even hear from them.
