Secondary deadlines

Are there separate deadlines for completing secondaries upon receiving them, or is the deadline the same as the latest time to file a secondary as listed on the CIB? (http://www.aacom.org/resources/bookstore/cib/Documents/2015cib/2015_CIBfull-web.pdf) )

For example, I've heard that MSUCOM gives you 30 days to complete the secondary upon receiving it. If this is the case, does anyone know what the deadlines for ATSU/AZCOM/CCOM/PCOM/PCSOM are?

The reason why I'm asking is that I'm planning to get verified without my mcat, but I don't want to be writing up secondaries while studying for my mcat. I rather complete them while I'm waiting on the scores to come back.

All the DO secondaries I received didn't have a "x days after receipt" deadline. The deadline was simply stated as a date like "November 30."
