Unless explicitly stated not to, is it okay to expand upon activities already listed in your TMDSAS or AMCAS on your secondary essays?

I kinda did, for one or two. Just used a different perspective/ focused on a different part of it, and expanded on what I put on the primary. They obviously don't want the same stories repeated but you could definitely reference the same experience if you share something new or write about it in a different way. But it's also a great opportunity to use different examples if you can.
