Secondary help

I have just been told that my AMCAS got forwarded to all of my schools last week, so now I am waiting for the deluge of secondaries. I was wondering if anyone had any advice / help about some of the following schools for me...essay questions, pointers....would be greatly appreciated!

Jefferson
UPenn
Penn State
Geo Washington
Tufts
BU
Emory
Pittsburgh
Rochester

I received secondaries from Jefferson and Rochester, both had no essays - just the usual information.
