So I just received an email from Salus saying that the committee has not made a decision and require a second interview. Has anyone ever had this happen, how was your experience and what kind of questions will they ask in this phone interview that they already haven't. Will having a second interview increase my chances?

I've never heard of this happening. Second interview can only help your chances if they couldn't make a decision. Sounds like the admissions committee is torn between accepting you and rejecting you. I work for admissions now so I can tell you that they might be looking at how you fit personality wise. Maybe you came off the wrong way during the interview which could be red flags for admissions committees. Or maybe you had a solid interview but your grades/oat scores are getting at you. Anyway, not enough information to tell you for sure, but hopefully this helps.

Yes this helps a lot, I have a lower GPA but competitive OAT scores, and I think I really nailed the interview. I was just a bit worried as I've never heard of this before either. Thanks again for your reply

If you don’t mind me asking what are your stats since I am in a similar situation?
