Can someone guide me to a link that provides the list of secondary questions from the various DO schools. I know I was late to submit my application, so want to prepare early with the questions.

There isn't one. Go to the School-Specific Sub-forum and look through the threads of the schools you're interested in. You should be able to find the secondary questions for every school in the first 4 or 5 pages of each thread. Good luck!
