I just want a clarification why the slope = Knag.

Equation given was Knag/Kapp = 1 + Knag [NAG]

Is this basically written as: y = b + mx? So m = Knag = slope?

yep! Just use a data point ([NAG], Knag/Kapp) from the graph and plug in to solve for Knag (m).
