For those of you who are doing procedures in your clinic, are you sedating your patients? Do you offer to all of your patients?

If yes, are you using RNs monitor them? I heard that paramedics can monitor them as well and they cost a little less. What kind of cash cart equipment do you have in the clinic? Do you have suction? Is AED enough to keep in the clinic?
 
i dont sedate anymore EXCEPT for the rare patient....then i give them a rx for Xanax to take 30 minutes prior. I used to sedate with Diprivan for a year at another office....did about 3000 cases that way but had alot more nursing support.
