so Question #3 on the aacomas tells u to: List your employment in chronological order, beginning with your current position (Title or Description/Dates/Level of Responsibility)

i was thinking of just pasting my work experience section from my resume on there. is that a good idea? it might be too detailed? what do u guys think?
i decided to tone it down alittle and leave some details from my resume out so this is what i have:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Teaching Assistant: Human Genetics
June-August 2005
Coordinated and instructed review sessions and office hours and evaluated tests and quizzes for a class of 150 students.

Laboratory Assistant: Space Science Center
May 2002 – December 2003
Oversaw and executed experimental procedures to extract beryllium from Antarctic ice-core samples.

Sales Associate: Octopus Fashion
May-September 2001
Engaged in customer retail sales and achieved an average sales of $400/day

Laboratory Assistant: Ecology Lab
January-May 2001
Executed experiments to examine soil-nitrogen content.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
does it sound too resume like? should i leave out details such as making sales of 400$? any advice is appreciated. also, how did u guys format this question? kind of like what i did?

I honestly don't think they would care about your retail sales experience. They might care about the details for clinical/research related stuff.
so if i used cation/anion columns, RIA, PCR etc in my work experience, should i list it here? i guess my question is how detailed do they want me to be? as detailed as i am in my resume? this question goes for extracurricular activities too. instructions says to "list" volunteer/internships etc etc... but says nothing about describing the postion. would it be bad to drop a line or two about the volunteer/internships i did?

damned.. there is a limit on how much u can write in each section.

yeah i called and there is a 700 character limit including spaces, so its not much... the dude said if you have space to include descriptions for the important stuff, so i basically did it only for a couple.

I listed my extremely abreviated work experience here. You don't have much room. The key is to provide data that will support your application. Success in retail sales might be OK, particularly if you were working while taking classes. Focus on your people skills since that is important and how you improved them. I listed every job since ugrad, but I'm a non-trad with significant leadership and technical experience.
